All items will be shipped out within 3~5 business days once the payment has been completed. however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, national holidays, shipping company's own issues, etc.


We ship worldwide with Tracking Number.

LBK store offers STANDARD SHIPPING for all the orders. We usually Q-express (Qoo10's subsidiary for logistics) and YSL (Shopee's shipping partner in Korea) to detach your order.

 

※ DHL special delivery is used if the product has a lithium battery into it, such as a Handy fan. The shipping cost per standard listed below is different from the shipping charge for DHL special delivery.

 

The following are the conditions for deliverable under Standard conditions:

 

1. The total width, length, and height of the delivery item are less than or equal to 90 cm.

eg. Width 33 cm, Length 22 cm, Height 15 cm - Available,

      Width 40 cm, Length 35 cm, Height 25 cm - Not available

 

2. Shipment item weighs less than 2 kg 

 

Use the above two shipping companies when shipping to Japan, the United States, and most of Southeast Asian countries. For other countries, it will be open later.

After processing the shipment, the most frequently asked questions from customers are "When will my product arrive?"

 

We'll let you know the tracking number, so you can inquire directly through that number. In addition, if the shipping company has exceeded the usual delivery date but has not completed the delivery, please send us a message. We will contact the shipping company directly, check the situation, and let you know again. 

(There will be no shipping issue unless it is a special issue, as we have used it for more than two years without any problems. 😙)

1) Asia : 7 ~ 21 business days
2) United states, Canada, Europe : 14 ~ 28 business days
3) Other countries : 20 ~ 40 business days

PayPal allows you to pay by credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal account balances.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES


Please note that import duties, taxes and charges aren't included in the item price. Charges are buyer's responsibility.

Customs regulations vary from country to country, so I'd appreciate it if you could check it in person. 

  

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Exchange or return due to change of your mind is impossible.
    In the following cases, refund or exchange is possible.

    If there is any defect in the item you purchased.
    When the product of the other arrived.


    If applicable in the cases above, we will handle is as soon as possible.

  • Returns must be made within 5 days from the delivery completion date

  • Returns must be approved by LBK store before shipment

  • Returned items must be in original condition, and contain both the original parts and packaging

  • Returns should be sent post-paid.

  • Exchange will be made after the original product is returned and the re-shipping cost is paid by customer

  • The returning shipping fee will only be reimbursed when the return or exchange is a result of our error or damaged merchandise

 

HOW TO RETURN: 

To make a return request, please contact us within 5 days of delivery completion date. In your message, please include your order number, the products you wish to return, and why. Once we approve your request, we will notify you with our returns address.

Note: we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages. If this worries you, a tracking number and insurance would be a good investment.

 

AFTER RETURN: 

Once your return is received, we will process your refund. From here, we will either accept or reject your return and email you with our decision. If we have determined that your return meets the requirements above, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus shipping costs.
